Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order (excluding shipping fees). Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Food items are non-returnable.
Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Peacock Markets cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Peacockmarkets.com. This includes any custom taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
