Acceptable Returns:
- Wrong/unopened items or faulty products in original packaging
- Must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and return within 5 days.
Non-returnable:
Opened/damaged by customer or manufacturer-related defects.
‘Changed my mind’., unclaimed or refused deliveries.
Return Process:
- Email info@peacockmarkets.com with:
- Order number, contact details, and return reason.
- Ship via trackable courier (GIG, DHL, etc) to our Courier Partner:Â Peacock Markets, C/O GIG Logistics, 08148031786
Refunds:
Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Peacock Markets cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Peacockmarkets.com. This includes any custom taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
